FAQ
All Newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, where you can feel relaxed and don't have to worry about taking your little one out, with everything they need.
I bring everything with me, based on what we have discussed and the photos you would like. Including backdrops, wraps, props and lighting.
I bring all my wealth of knowledge to help you get studio-quality photos in peace at home.
The ideal time for a newborn session is 5-10 days old, but can be taken up to 4 weeks after birth.
Generally, after your 12 week scan, as I am mostly booking 3-4 months in advance, but from time to time have a spare session going, so please get in contact asap.
There is only room for 2 newborn sessions max a week,
as I have to leave room if babies are late or early.
You don't need to have anything ready or purchase anything for the session, I'll bring all the props, wraps, and backdrops we will need.
If you would like to add some personal items to the photos, like a handmade knitted teddy or hat, please just let me know and have them in arms reach
Each newborn session lasts around 3 hours, giving you enough time to feed and comfort your little one during the session as needed, plus enough time so you have a good selection to choose from at your viewing.

KNOW ME
After becoming a parent I realised there were no local family photographers with the style we liked.
So I after working with studios and doing freelance work, I developed a local family photography business.
It was hard and I made some mistakes, but I got the photos of my family I really liked, inspired by the outdoors, film and fine art style.
But the best thing was all the amazing families I have met over the last decade and all the other families I have watched grow up.
You'll never regret the time you spend with your kids and the memories you have of them. It only happens once!
